Dr. Thompson joined Atlantic Radiology Associates in 2017 . She is also an Assistant Professor at the Mercer University School of Medicine. Dr. Thompson enjoys being the person to help kids through each process and calm their nerves. (The kids love to see their X-rays and what it looks like!) She is passionate about pediatric imaging and fetal imaging in particular.
Dr. Thompson was born and raised in Savannah. When not at work, she spends much of her time with her husband (who is her high school sweetheart), her two boys, and her friends. She also enjoys cooking, boating, crabbing, fishing, being on the water.
